· Updated Status per mobile home – (For Sale, Pending, Sold)

· Lock Box Codes for mobile home – Universal Code For all mobile homes. Plz Call for code.

(Yes, you can give codes to potential buyers to visit homes)

· 21^st Mortgage Application

· 21^st Mortgage Guidelines.

2. Broker Submissions – “New Potential Buyers”

· Contact Remarketing Manager – Rob La Monica to discuss potential offer.

· Prequalify! Using 21^st Mortgage Guidelines.

· Use standard 21^st mortgage application

· On application put repo account number #

· Email or Fax submission sheet, and application to roblamonica@21stmortgage.com

3. Home For Sale Department – Underwriting New Applicants

· Home for sale dept receives applications from Rob La Monica

· Home for sale dept qualifies applicants for a new purchase money loan.

· Rob La Monica sends approval or denial letter to Mortgage Broker.

· Home For Sale Department Contacts applicant directly to complete the process at this point the mortgage broker has completed their part in the process.

· HFS Dept Contacts Remarketing Manager to finalize deal

4. Closing Process - SOLD!

· North American Title will arrange documents and signing times for the new buyer

· All Escrow Transactions will go through North American Title – Escrow Officer Linda McDonald - 707-446-9575

· 21^st Mortgage sends mortgage broker referral fee check.
